KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Manager of Assessments to lead strategic implementation and operational excellence of local, state, and national assessment programs across the Texas region. You will manage data lifecycles, coordinate coordinators, and ensure compliance with testing protocols to support students’ path to college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in a K-12 setting as an instructional leader, academic program manager, or assessment coordinator.
• Proven track record of working in school systems that serve historically underserved communities.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of designated required assessments across grade levels and content areas.
• Oversee network-wide systems for distributing assessments to teachers and students.
• Support senior academic leaders with stipend budget management and team alignment.
• Ensure 100% compliance with state and national testing mandates and provide on-site support as needed.
• Manage data systems and ensure timely processing and accessibility of results.
