This role includes cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives, risk management, and continual quality improvements, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two+ years of professional experience.
• Progress towards advanced degree and applicable licenses or certifications.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and development process for assessments with milestones and timelines.
• Communicate project status updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate workshops for internal assessment development and review.
• Oversee SME involvement in design, development, and validation of assessments.
• Maintain assessment design and development standards to ensure integrity.
• Identify and notify leadership of risks impacting quality or on-time delivery.
• Collaborate to execute assessment policies, processes and best practices.
• Ensure alignment with WGU's business objectives.
• Develop and implement item- and exam-level scoring guidelines.
• Participate in QA processes to identify issues and trends.
• Execute plans to maintain exam performance and quality improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement exam security measures.
