Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee all resident MDS assessments.
• Participate in the pre-admission process to determine care level.
• Review all MDS assessments and forms to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze Quality Indicator reports for resident concerns.
• Participate in the Quality Assessment and Assurance Program.
• Understand and follow Resident Care Plans.
• Complete accurate charting, reports, and progress notes.
