About The Role

As an RNAC Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of residents to identify their medical, social, and psychological needs. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania in good standing
• 1+ years of recent experience in Minimum Data Set assessments and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, including RAI
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
