Job summary

Methodist Home for Children in Winston Salem, NC is seeking a hands-on leader to serve as Night Shift Assessment Center Supervisor at our Eastern Area Juvenile Crisis & Assessment Center. You will supervise Youth Care Workers, oversee the care and safety of youth residents, and engage youth in assessments and therapeutic activities.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and flexibility for 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory or staff management experience (social services a plus).
• Experience working with youth in residential/therapeutic settings.
• Flexible availability (12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays).
• Valid NC driver’s license.
