Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment Team Assistant Team Leader to support the ACT Team under the supervision of the Team Leader. You will help manage clinical and operational aspects, guide staff, and assist individuals in developing skills and independence in the community.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Human Services and relevant licensure eligibility (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A).

Qualifications

• Master's in Human Services required.
• Licensure/certification options: LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A (state boards).
• 2+ years experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, direction, and clinical supervision to ACT team staff.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance appraisals as needed.
• Schedule staff, monitor authorizations and paperwork, and ensure coverage 24/7.
