Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an ACTT Team Leader to guide and evaluate assigned teams, ensuring courteous and respectful services. The role requires clinical oversight, hiring and training responsibilities, and coordination of the Assertive Community Treatment Team.

The position emphasizes maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements while building strong community relationships and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services required with licensure pathway for associates
• Clinical experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness — 3 years required
• Post-graduate mental health experience — 2 years required
• If associate licensed, must be fully licensed within 30 months of hire date

Responsibilities

• Provide effective oversight, direction, and clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff/programs.
• Lead hiring, discipline, training and performance appraisals to ensure fully staffed programs.
• Ensure appropriate coverage and scheduling for individuals served as required by program.
• Lead meetings and support ACTT staff; coordinate activities in assigned area.
• Ensure each individual served has a clinically-based, culturally sensitive assessment.
