Responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing daily living, social, and occupational skills.
• Provide support and consultation to team members and community partners.
• Maintain all contact documentation and comply with contract conditions.
• Provide problem solving and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate services with other community agencies and resources.
• Assist clients in managing their finances.
• Develop connections between the agency and the broader community to support fundraising.
