In this pivotal role, you’ll play a hands-on part in transforming lives by delivering critical, community-based mental health services to individuals with complex needs.As an ACT Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of service delivery—partnering closely with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure that every individual receives the care and support they need. You’ll oversee the medical and clinical components of treatment, blending your clinical expertise with a deep commitment to person-centered care.This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
