Job summary

Gavin Zickerman Quinton Samuels Operations in Sterling Heights is seeking dependable General Laborers to join our automotive assembly team. You will use hand tools, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m., with overtime and weekends as needed. Pay starts at $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium; a $2.00 hourly increase applies after three months. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions and quality standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our automotive assembly team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive parts using hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift

• Monday – Friday


• 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. OT and weekends depend on production needs

Pay

• $15.50 per hour


• +$1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoon shift
