Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking Assembly Workers for a position in Sparks, NV. The role runs 5:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed. The expected duration is through October, with potential for extension.

Pay rate is $22/hour. Responsibilities include reading assembly instructions and blueprints, locating parts, assembling components, and verifying specifications. Candidates should have HS diploma/GED and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify fit by checking connections.
• Measure finished components to verify specifications.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions and notifying supervisor.
• Keep equipment running by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following procedures.
• Manage supplies by checking stock, ordering and verifying deliveries.
• Conserve resources by efficient use of equipment.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
• Contribute to the team by achieving related results.

Hours are 5:30am – 3:30pm Monday – Thursday with OT when needed.Expected duration at least through October; could go longer. Pay rate is $22/hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
