Job summary

Kelly is seeking Assemblers in Georgetown, TX at a brand-new IT facility. The role involves basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and output.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with potential relocation to the Taylor location after training. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay. This is a temp-to-hire position based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of assembly or production processes a plus.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines.
• Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelines.
• Inspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issues.
• Ensure correct placement and handling of materials and components.
• Maintain production output targets and efficiency standards.
• Report assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortages.
• Stand/walk/bend/squat/lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shift.
• Support production team with line balancing and general tasks as needed.
