WorkSolved Staffing is seeking an experienced assembly worker to join the team on the factory floor. The role focuses on assembling components and products, following detailed instructions, and collaborating with colleagues to reach production goals.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing or assembly experience, read technical diagrams, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly position preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: up to $19 hour based on experience
