Job summary

Woodward in Fort Collins is seeking a diligent assembler to join our first shift (M-TH, 5:00am–3:30pm). You will assemble product components, perform tests, and ensure product quality by following documented procedures and recording data accurately.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to 5S, lean principles, and collaboration with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Product: Follows documented procedures to assemble product components.
• Test Product: Follows documented procedures to test product using specified tools and equipment.
• Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify accuracy and functionality and records data.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Maintains 5S standards and keeps workstation clean and organized.
• Safety Mindset: Follows safety protocols and maintains awareness of the work area.
