Qualifications

• Assemble Product following documented procedures using specified tools and equipment.
• Test Product following documented procedures and accurately test using tools and equipment.
• Quality: conduct inspections and tests and record data per standards.
• Organization & Cleanliness: follow 5S, keep workstations clean and organized.
• Safety Mindset: follow safety protocols and maintain a safe area.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Product: follow procedures, solve problems with known outcomes, assist training, suggest improvements to standard work.
• Test Product: follow procedures, troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, changeover tests, assist training.
• Quality Control: participate to improve clarity and accuracy of processes.
• Organization & Cleanliness: apply 5S, improve workstation organization, support new practices.
• Safety Mindset: encourage adherence to safety protocols within the team.
