Woodward is seeking an Assembly and Test Associate 1 for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Base pay is $22.55 per hour after a 10% shift premium, with training hours 7:30 AM–3:30 PM during the first week.

You will assemble product components and test them according to documented procedures, while keeping a safe, organized workspace. The successful candidate typically has a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Assemble product following documented procedures.
• Test product using specified tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests; record data per standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation per 5S.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
