Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to use hand tools and work with templates.
• Willingness to work overtime and meet production goals.
• Clear communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify connections for proper fit.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions as needed.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
• Manage supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow regulations.
• Support team to achieve quality and timely results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
