Job summary

SERFILCO in Northbrook, IL is seeking a dependable assembler to join our production team. You will assemble pumps, chambers, filtration systems, and related subassemblies in line with engineering drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and rotating between stations in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of assembly experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Experience using lifting equipment, hand tools and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pumps, chambers, and filtration systems according to blueprints and drawings.
• Verify parts and materials against work orders and bills of materials.
• Operate and move production equipment safely.
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and conformance.
• Support material handling and production flow as needed.
