SERFILCO is seeking a dependable Assembler to join our production team in a fast-paced facility. You will assemble pumps, chambers, and filtration systems per engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.

The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Prior experience with band saws, drill presses, and related equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pumps, chambers, filtration systems, and related subassemblies according to blueprints and drawings.
• Review work orders, BOMs, and specifications to understand assembly requirements.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare and assemble components.
• Install, test, and verify assemblies for proper operation and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
