Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) in Manitowoc, WI, is hiring a Paint line & Assembly Technician for the Paint Department. You will participate in powder coating and finishing processes to bring high-quality products to life.

No experience is required as training is provided; a high school diploma is preferred. The role is on-site with a daytime shift and potential overtime, offering a steady pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; we’ll train you!
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform frequent bending.

Responsibilities

• Hang hooks and parts on the paint line.
• Apply powder coat paint manually to parts.
• Perform color changeovers efficiently.
• Tape and protect parts from scratches as they come off the line.
• Inspect, pack, and assemble parts as needed.
• Support final assembly by ensuring timely delivery of painted components.
• Share ideas and help reduce downtime to improve productivity.

Shift: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday(occasional overtime)
Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
