Job summary

Stryker Group seeks an Assembler III to support production across multiple lines, performing assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation to drive quality and efficiency. The role involves using hand, power, pneumatic tools, and test equipment, with a focus on accurate records and adherence to procedures.

You will work shifts, handle up to 50 pounds, and contribute to continuous improvement while preparing products for shipment internationally as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime, including weekends.
• Medium physical work: lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and using hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, rework, verify, test, and inspect mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to meet quality specs.
• Complete production documentation and maintain manufacturing records.
• Monitor schedules to achieve build rates and cycle-time targets.
• Use manufacturing software and electronic systems to support production steps.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Prepare products for domestic and international shipment per requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform setup and quality checks.
