Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer, math and industrial skills are required.
• Must be mechanically competent.
• Ability to trouble shoot problems and provide solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews work order and parts for assembly, conducts appropriate testing.
• Uses tools, presses and a variety of test stands and fixtures.
• Works from blueprints, lists, work orders, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures.
• Provides training to other employees in assembly and test methodology as required.
• Ensures quality of product and its timely production.
• Follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively participates on High Performance Teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
