Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an Assembly Operator II in Olive Branch, MS. You will perform detailed assembly on complex components, following exact procedures from unpacking to final installation in servers.

The role requires manual dexterity, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced environment. You will operate automated equipment, train coworkers as needed, and contribute to a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Must perform assembly operations on complex components and sub-assemblies.
• Follow procedures for unpacking, prepping, installing and assembling units.
• Operate automatic or semi-automatic equipment as needed.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers when required.
• Handle chassis and components used in server assembly.

Responsibilities

• Performs product assembly operations on complex components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing unpacking, component preparation, component installation and assembly of units.
• Sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Provides hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Open and unpack chassis and components to be used on the server assembly
• Utilize small hand tools to or power screwdrivers to Install/replace brackets, Install small components and/or labels on servers
• Assist with recycling materials
• Any other tasks assigned
