Responsibilities

• Backups line lead to ensure documented actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Prepare work by studying job packet and work instruction; use required parts and tools.
• Assemble parts and subassemblies per the work instruction.
• Verify specifications via visual inspection, testing equipment and final test gear.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Escalate issues to Line Lead that prevent standard work execution.
• Initiate programs and operate test stands as needed.
• Maintain product quality by following procedures and customer requirements.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment and wear PPE at all times.
• Provide on-the-job training to Assembler Bs to improve rotation and flexibility.
• Communicate information to Line Lead and Supervisor on safety and production.
• Contribute to daily metrics and keep work areas organized.
