Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, BOMs and using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury.
• Follow prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
• Assemble components on time and according to quality specifications.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate changes effectively.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and assist with department housekeeping.
• Uphold high standards of productivity, quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
