Job summary

Burkert USA Corp is seeking a production-focused team member to read production documents and produce quality parts. You will use provided tools to ensure materials are available and to record quality and fault notifications, while adhering to quality specs.

You will perform maintenance per the machine manual to boost plant availability, aim for timely deliveries, and continuously optimize processes for efficiency. Team collaboration and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read production documents to produce the relevant product/part.
• Use SAP-like tooling to ensure supplies of parts and record quality and fault notifications.
• Check product/part against quality specifications to ensure quality.
• Perform maintenance per machine manual to increase plant availability.
• Produce quality parts to achieve and secure sales.
• Adhere to deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction (service level).
• Continuously optimize processes to boost efficiency (CIP).
• Perform simple setup tasks to reduce downtimes.
