Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an onsite manufacturing assembler in Kalamazoo, MI. You will assemble components and sub-assemblies, work from process instructions and test procedures, and document results to meet quality requirements.

You will handle setting up, cleaning, and quality checks of your area, follow build rates and schedules, prepare products for shipment, and work overtime as needed, including weekends. A High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and test procedures.
• Document results to meet quality requirements and monitor cycle times.
• Set up, clean and maintain own work area; prepare products for shipment.
• Meet overtime and weekend scheduling as required.
