Job summary

Burkert USA Corporation in Huntersville, NC seeks an assembly technician to support production of valves, sensors and controllers. The role focuses on reading production documents, using EDP/ERP tools, and maintaining equipment to keep line performance high.

• Checking product/part according to quality specifications to ensure quality.
• Performing maintenance in accordance with the machine manual to increase plant availability.
• Producing quality parts to achieve and secure sales.
• Adhering to deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction (service level) – taking flexible time control models into account.
• Continuously optimising processes to boost efficiency (CIP).
• Performing simple setup tasks to reduce downtimes.
