Job summary

EXALTA Group is seeking Assembly Technician positions for our Clean Room environment to produce medical implants and instruments. We hire across entry to advanced levels and offer clear growth paths, including leadership opportunities. 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–2:30 AM.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
  • Document inventory usage and packaging processes
  • Inspect and test completed products with precision tools
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
  • Keep workspace clean, safe, and OSHA compliant

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
  • Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes
  • Perform tasks such as:
    • Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
    • Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
    • Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
