1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
  • Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes
  • Perform tasks such as:
    • Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
    • Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
    • Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
