Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Assembly Technician I at our Charlotte, NC location. You will safely operate power tools and assemble components in strict accordance with specifications and quality standards, contributing to efficient production and reduced defects.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, the ability to read blueprints and BOMs, and solid mechanical aptitude. This is a full‑time role with potential overtime and comprehensive benefits.
