Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.* **Project Documentation:** Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers* **Travel & Flexibility:** Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.* **Ready to Grow:** Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.**Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED.* Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.* Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.* Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.**Preferred Qualifications*** **Background:** Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.* **Technical Knowledge:** 3 years of HVAC controls experience. Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).* **Communication:** Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team.* **Software:** Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually.
