As a Precision Assembly Technician at Phillips Corporation, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly and testing of control panels, wiring harnesses, and deployment mechanisms for hybrid machines, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include loading PLCs, interpreting schematics, managing parts inventory, preparing shipment kits, and supporting field operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Applications teams, contribute to continuous improvement, maintain an organized workspace, uphold fiscal responsibility, foster a positive team environment, and aim for peak performance aligned with our company's vision.

Compensation is market-based and reflects your individual contribution. The expected pay range for qualified candidates is between $65,000 and $85,000 annually. Please mention your salary expectations if you have a different suggestion.
