Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working with hand tools or production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, production orders, and basic engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in the Willowbrook area. This position involves assembling mechanical components according to engineering specifications, completing production work orders, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or assembly experience, is comfortable working with their hands, and can maintain accuracy and productivity throughout a 12-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and within established production deadlines.
• Perform product assembly, packaging, and preparation of finished products.
• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist with inventory management and periodic cycle counts.
• Properly document completed work orders and production activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform additional manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and handle manufacturing materials.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear.
