Job summary

Electric Cleaner is seeking entry-level Team Members to support our vacuum and blower product line in Osseo, WI. Training will be provided on site by floor Leads, with clear task expectations and a path to rapid pay increases based on merit and performance.

The position emphasizes a positive mindset, high quality standards, and teamwork, with cross-training and a route to advancement as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• No prior training or experience required.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Mechanical knowhow or ability to learn basic factory equipment.
• LEAN background is a plus.
• Small welding is a plus.
• Willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Light wiring of harnesses.
• Assemble of dryer and blower products.
• Packaging and labeling products.
• Fetching back stock and positioning it on the floor.
• Running a pallet jack or an e-jack lift.
• Take guidance and training from our floor Leads.
• Other jobs and training as directed by our floor Leads.

Team Member Electric Cleaner Company Location: 50913 Elevator St. Osseo, WI 54758 Type: Full-Time Salaried. Salary: $35,400 - $41,600 total compensation, based on experience and fit. Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Thursday OR 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Two 15-minute breaks. 40 minutes lunch. 40 hours/week.

Job Summary

Team Members is an entry level position that does not require any prior training. All jobs, processes, task expectations will be very clear and training will be provided on site from one of our two floor Leads. Person must have a positive mindset, be consistent, pay high attention to our quality standards and enjoy working with great co-workers. Our model is to work smarter not harder and any improvements are welcome from our entire team at any time. Our internal cross training program allows any worker within our organization a path to rapid pay increases based on merit and performance.
