Job summary

AXCS Equipment in Richfield, WI, is seeking an assembler to join our production team. The role covers assembling components along the production line, meeting labor and quality standards with minimal supervision.

You will operate line equipment and hand tools, read instructions and BOMs, and collaborate with coworkers to hit daily output goals. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a commitment to our growing facility.

• Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies

• Meets standard labor rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Completes tasks directed by Plant Manager with minimal supervision.
• Communicate & flex with co-workers to meet production goals.
• Complete daily labor sheets and required production documentation.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations daily.
• Follows technical and verbal assembly instructions.
• May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Description

Primary Purpose

Assembler position performs manual labor along all stations on the production line, meets labor rates and quality control with minimal supervision.
