Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Production Associate in Indianapolis. You will assemble components, operate machinery, and perform quality testing in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Training and support are provided for both experienced and new hires. Starting pay is competitive ($21.35/hr for 1st shift, $21.65/hr for 2nd shift with a $2.00 raise in the first year) with overtime opportunities on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts (10 hours)

Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing, pipe fittings, sheet metal, motors and furnace components
• Operate handheld power tools to fasten hardware
• Operate machines and inspect/test products for quality
• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks within cycle times
• Follow site safety rules and report environmental concerns
