Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will complete tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our core values and guidelines.

We offer two shifts: 1st 6:30am–6:00pm and 2nd 6:30pm–6:00am. Pay is $18.20 per hour with a $2 shift differential, full-time status, benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures.
• Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
• Understand follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
