Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our client’s manufacturing team in a 2nd shift, in-person role. The position involves assembling sub-systems by hand, using hand and power tools, and following SOPs with attention to detail.

Candidates should have at least one year of assembly experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate well with team members. Health benefits, weekly pay, and on-demand pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• High manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Comfort with computers and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of sub-systems and components by hand following detailed instructions.
• Operate manual and power tools as required for assembly and validation tasks.
• Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Complete required manufacturing documentation and communicate professionally with team members.
