Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $15.08 - $20.36 per hour.

• This salary range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws.

• Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.
