Job summary

Engramec is seeking dependable Production Technicians to join our GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. You will assemble components, document production steps, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring quality standards are met.

You will work with the production team to follow schedules, participate in training, and support packaging and inspection activities. This full-time role offers opportunities for advancement within production operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
  • Ability to safely operate basic production equipment.
  • Exposure to a production environment with standing and lifting.

Job description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for assembling products, completing production documentation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:


  • Assemble components and products according to written and verbal instructions.

  • Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records.

  • Support packaging, labeling, inspection, and assembly operations.


Quality and Compliance:


  • Adhere to all cGMP, SOP, safety, and company procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.

  • Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.

  • Participate in required training and on-the-job learning activities.


Team Support:


  • Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors.

  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
