Job summary

Rampmaster, a premier manufacturer of aircraft refueling solutions, seeks an Assembly Technician for production assembly. You will build aviation refueler trucks and components, install prefabricated parts on chassis, and read blueprints to ensure correct assembly of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

You will use a variety of hand and power tools, follow safety regulations, and contribute to a culture of quality production and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background and ability to perform assembly routines.
• Understanding of 12V electrical systems and circuitry basics.
• Ability to read blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly routines before and after trucks are completed.
• Install parts on truck chassis.
• Read blueprints to perform assembly procedures.
• Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks.

Job description

Assembly Technician - Production Assembly Role

In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to various aviation refueler assembly tasks. You will be building various aviation refueler trucks and components including pump and motor modules. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed
• Installing prefabricated parts on truck chassis
• Readingand interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience
• Understanding of 12V electrical systems
• Abilityto read blueprints
• Abilityto read 1/8”, 1/16”,gradations on tape measure
• Abilityto convert feet to inches and vice versa
• Valid driver’s license
