Job summary

Rampmaster, the premier manufacturer of aircraft refueling solutions, is seeking an assembler to build refueler trucks and components. You will perform assembly routines before and after trucks are completed, install prefabricated parts on chassis, and read blueprints to ensure accurate procedures.

This hands-on role requires a mechanical background, knowledge of 12V electrical systems, and the ability to read tapes and convert feet to inches.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Ability to read 1/8”, 1/16” gradations on tape measures
• Converting feet to inches and vice versa

Responsibilities

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed
• Installing prefabricated parts on truck chassis
• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks
• Using hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following regulations and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to various aviation refueler assembly tasks. You will be building various aviation refueler trucks and components including pump and motor modules. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed


• Installing prefabricated parts on truck chassis


• Readingand interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures


• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks


• Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures


• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience


• Understanding of 12V electrical systems


• Abilityto read blueprints


• Abilityto read 1/8”, 1/16”,gradations on tape measure


• Abilityto convert feet to inches and vice versa


• Valid driver’s license
