Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking an Assembly Technician for a client in Claremore, OK. The position supports downhole pump assembly in a manufacturing setting, focusing on staging materials and preparing components for final assembly.

Shifts include first and second, with overtime and weekend work potential. Pay is $20/hr on W2, inclusive of all, for a 12-month engagement with growth opportunities as production needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, maintenance, or mechanical trades.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly.
• Retrieve parts from inventory baskets and organize them for production.
• Set up materials on assembly rails and prepare components for final assembly.
• Utilize hand tools and basic material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Assist production teams in maintaining workflow and meeting production goals.

Job Description

Trident Consulting is seeking an\"Assembly Technician\"for one of our clients in\"Claremore, OK\"A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Assembly Technician

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Overtime available; currently averaging up to 10-hour days with Saturday work available.

Pay: $20/hr on W2 (Inclusive all)

Position Summary

Supports the assembly of downhole pump systems in a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on staging materials, preparing components, and assisting assemblers by ensuring all necessary parts are ready for final assembly. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are highly preferred.
