Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Helper for our client in Pasadena, TX. This entry-level role supports daily production operations across extrusion, tapeline, and cover line processes.

You will monitor equipment performance, assist with machine setup, maintain quality standards, and work with operators to ensure safe, efficient production. 12+ month contract, $21/hour on a W2.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have forklift and crane operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash containers, cleaning shavings; supports daily production operations across extrusion, tapeline, and cover line processes.
• Monitors equipment performance, assists with machine setup, maintains quality standards, and supports continuous improvement activities.
• Works with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.

Trident Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Helper for one of our clients in Pasadena, TX A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Manufacturing Helper

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay: $21/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Rotating Shifts:

Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, or 9:00pm-5:30am. weekends may be required. and the shifts can change from work week to work week

Description:

• This role focuses on monitoring equipment performance, assisting with machine setup, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
• The technician works closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.

Qualifications:
