Job summary

HARTING Americas is seeking an Assembly Technician to mount, process, and inspect components at manual and partially automated workstations in our US facility. The role requires strict adherence to drawings, work instructions, and inspection cards to meet daily targets and maintain product quality.

You will support fault analysis, document results, and handle production area logistics while keeping equipment clean and compliant with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or professional training.
• 1-5 years in relevant manufacturing/assembly role.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and processing components at manual/partially automated workplaces according to job documents, drawings, inspection cards, and work instructions.
• Supporting the analysis of faults and downtimes as well as deriving actions.
• Inspecting parts during the manufacturing process according to the work plan and inspection instructions, as well as documenting the results.
• Taking on logistical tasks for the production area.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and checking the equipment according to operating instructions/checklists.
• Other duties as assigned

We are seeking an Injection Assembly Technician mounts, processes, and inspects components at manual and partially automated workstations to achieve daily shop floor targets. This role ensures a smooth manufacturing workflow by strictly following technical drawings, work instructions, and inspection cards while maintaining strict quality control and equipment cleanliness.

To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
