Ideal candidates have HV build experience, familiarity with laser welding or precise bonding, and the ability to read schematics and drawings. Safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical component builds.
• Experience or familiarity with laser welding processes or other high-precision automated bonding techniques.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and complex mechanical drawings.
• Attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Comfortable using diagnostic/test equipment and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly of HV battery modules, packs, busbars, and cooling components.
• Execute advanced electrical testing and troubleshooting with diagnostic equipment.
• Provide real-time feedback to Engineering on DFM, tooling optimization, and process refinements.
• Maintain strict safety and quality compliance.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in developing assembly procedures.

• Perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly of high-voltage battery modules, packs, busbars, and cooling components.
• Execute advanced electrical testing, validation, and utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot performance deviations.
• Support the scaling process by providing critical, real-time feedback to Engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM), tooling optimization, and process refinements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure strict safety and quality compliance.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in the development and certification of new assembly procedures.
