Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Clyde, OH to contribute to the production of high-quality appliances. You will work with a team in a safety-conscious environment, performing assembly and quality checks on a moving line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse/assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components with precision, utilizing both hand and power tools.
• Operate on a moving assembly line, maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment through crate assembly, packaging, and labeling.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment.
