Desert Tech in West Valley, WA is seeking an Assembly Team member to build rifles to our quality standards using hand tools in a warehouse environment. You will perform setups, builds, and testing per SOP, and support 5S/Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Hours: Mon–Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime as needed. Desert Tech offers a four-day work week, paid holidays, vacation time, tuition reimbursement, and employee pricing while fostering a collaborative team environment.

As a part of our Assembly Team, you will be working in a warehouse/shop environment. You will be following standard processes to assemble our products to the most current Quality Standard using a combination of hand tools. You will perform setups and builds within the prescribed cycle times in order to meet the scheduled deadlines. You will maintain and clean your area. You will be asked to test rifles and must do so in accordance to Company Standard Operating Procedures. You will learn the key fundamentals of success in a production environment and assist in process development, improvement, and implementation of 5S and Lean Manufacturing in order to exceed the standard.
