Job summary

Desert Tech in West Valley, WA is seeking an Assembly Team member to build rifles to our quality standards using hand tools in a warehouse environment. You will perform setups, builds, and testing per SOP, and support 5S/Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Hours: Mon–Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime as needed. Desert Tech offers a four-day work week, paid holidays, vacation time, tuition reimbursement, and employee pricing while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Background Check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods and test firearms.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and equipment to complete assemblies.
• Follow standard processes to assemble products to the latest quality standard.
• Perform setup and builds within cycle times to meet deadlines.
• Test rifles in accordance with company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality guidelines.
